Palermo Body was stocked in all of the best stores and had a steady business on both Etsy (where it all began) and online using a Shopify platform. But knew they could grow.
Jessica (the Founder) could see the “clean beauty” trend taking off and had marketing ideas for how to grow her brand. But competition was growing, and as a solo founder, she was feeling overwhelmed.
She didn’t have time between making her product and managing her business and small team to consider growth or marketing.

We wrote the Palermo dictionary, establishing a fresh, relatable voice for Palermo, with words and content that would resonate with the natural beauty audience.
We focused on highlighting her commitment to “truly natural skin care,” revealing the ingredients of the products and their benefits.We established best practices and equipped her with business tools to set-up automated marketing services and made sure Palermo was consistent across social and email marketing.
We refreshed the website UX and added shopping to the social media accounts to optimize conversions, introducing a pay-to-play social media strategy.
